The Roma features ILVEs unique E3 precision temperature control, this allows you to adjust the temperature in just 5 degree increments with minimal temperature fluctuation. The Roma has an elegant and contemporary style with the option 4 standard colours including stainless steel, white, matt graphite and gloss black. Oven Functions
The Roma 60cm 4 Zone Induction range cooker features an large 65 litre oven capacity with plenty of space for large dishes. There is wide choice of 15 oven functions including quick start rapid heat up that heats to 200 degrees in 6 minutes and a pizza setting that recreates a traditional pizza furnace at 300 degrees. The baking setting uses a circular fan element to distribute heat evenly. With the new steam discharge vent, you can control the ovens humidity by eliminating condensation when cooking a high water based dish like a stew or by retaining the moisture when baking bread. The oven includes two dual-height halogen lighting for perfect visual control and easy clean enamel oven lining. All ILVE range cookers are A+ rated for energy efficiency.
Hob Details
The Roma 60cm 4 Zone Induction range cooker is energy efficient, easy to clean, individual induction zones with a digital display. The hob has specialist induction functions such as power boost, automatic boil and a heat up function. The hob has 4 induction zones: 1 x 1.4kW induction zone, 2 x 1.85kW and a 2.3kW induction zone.
Safety Features
ILVEs cookers are designed to ensure the safety of its users, including triple glazed glass doors which are cool touch. The cooker includes a fascia fan to keep the controls cool and a child safety lock to lock the hob zones, perfect for young families. The Roma 60cm 4 Zone Induction very safe to cook with as the pan will only begin to heat when the pan is present.
