The Roma includes ILVE's unique E3 precision temperature control, allowing you to adjust the temperature in just 5 degree increments. The Roma 70cm 4 Burner range cooker features a single oven door and full width storage drawer, both of which are soft close. The Roma has an elegant and modern style with a satin finish. You have the choice of 4 standard colours or optional RAL - meaning you can perfect match the range cooker to your kitchen design.
Oven Functions
The Roma 70cm 4 Burner range cooker features a large oven with plenty of space to cook, with a capacity of 65 litres. Choose from 15 oven functions including quick start rapid heat up that heats to 200 degrees in 6 minutes and the thee pizza setting that recreates a traditional pizza furnace at 300 degrees. The baking setting uses a circular fan element to distribute heat evenly. ILVE's range cookers include a new steam discharge vent, enabling you to control the ovens humidity. This enables you to eliminate condensation in the oven when cooking a high water based dish like a stew, or by retaining moisture when baking bread. The oven includes two dual-height halogen lighting for perfect visual control.
With enamel oven lining, the interior is as easy to clean as a non stick pan. All ILVE range cookers are A+ rated for energy efficiency.
Hob Details
The Roma 70cm dual fuel range cooker features 4 high quality, cast-iron individual pan supports and solid brass burners. With easy-clean black nanotechnology coating, ILVE's burners are non-stick, easy to clean, durable and highly resistant to fire. The Roma 70cm dual fuel range cooker has 4 individual gas burners controlled with one hand ignition: 1 x 4.3kW double ring wok burner, 2x 3kW medium burners and a 1.8kW small burner. LPG jets can be fitted by request.
Safety Features
ILVE's cookers are designed to ensure the safety of its users, including a fascia fan to keep the controls cool and flame safety device that shuts off the gas if the flame goes out. Finally, every ILVE cooker features a child safety lock - perfect for young families with the addition of each oven having triple glazed doors that are cool to touch.
