The Milano 70cm 4 Burner range cooker features a large oven with plenty of space to cook, with a capacity of 65 litres. Choose from 15 oven functions including quick start rapid heat up that heats to 200 degrees in 6 minutes and the thee pizza setting that recreates a traditional pizza furnace at 300 degrees. The baking setting uses a circular fan element to distribute heat evenly. ILVEs range cookers include a new steam discharge vent, enabling you to control the ovens humidity. This enables you to eliminate condensation in the oven when cooking a high water based dish like a stew, or by retaining moisture when baking bread. The oven includes two dual-height halogen lighting for perfect visual control.
With enamel oven lining, the interior is as easy to clean as a non stick pan. All ILVE range cookers are A+ rated for energy efficiency.

With easy-clean black nanotechnology coating, ILVEs burners are non-stick, easy to clean, durable and highly resistant to fire. The Milano 70cm dual fuel range cooker has 4 individual gas burners controlled with one hand ignition: 1 x 4.3kW wok burner, 2x 3kW medium burners and a 1.8kW small burner.
