Oven Functions
The Milano 60cm 4 Zone Induction range cooker features a large 65 litre oven capacity with plenty of space for large dishes. There is a wide choice of 15 oven functions including quick start rapid heat up that heats to 200 degrees in 6 minutes and a pizza setting that recreates a traditional pizza furnace at 300 degrees.
The baking setting uses a circular fan element to distribute heat evenly. With the new steam discharge vent, you can control the ovens humidity by eliminating condensation when cooking a high water based dish like a stew or by retaining the moisture when baking bread.
The oven includes two dual-height halogen lighting for perfect visual control and easy clean enamel oven lining. All ILVE range cookers are A+ rated for energy efficiency.
Hob Details
The zones are easy to clean and come with a digital display. The hob has specialist induction functions such as power boost, automatic boil and a heat up function.
The Milano 60cm 4 Zone Induction range cooker has 4 individual induction zones : 1 x 1.4kW induction zones, 2 x 1.85kW induction zones and 1 x 2.3kW induction zone.
Safety Features
