Pork Chops with Peaches

This is a fab BBQ recipe for the summer, or (almost as good) cook it now to make you feel like you have the sun on your face and holiday time laying ahead.

To serve 2:

2 peaches

sage

25g butter

2 pork chops

Halve and de-stone the peaches, place a knob of butter in each half along with 1 or 2 torn sage leaves, and wrap in a foil parcel. Either place on your BBQ or in an oven at 180C for about 20 minutes.

In the meantime cook your pork chops - grill them on the BBQ, fry them in a little oil, bake them in the oven...whatever you choose.

Serve. Yum yum.
